So my 1984 sr5 has about 224,000 mi on it. I'm just wondering how many mi did you guys have before it died or was swapped??

treat that motor well and you can get 400,000miles before a rebuild. given it was well taken care of.

I have one with well over 300k and its doing fine. I doubt previous owners rebuilt it but I have no proof

I had mine with a rusted solid shut on cylinder three, did a wd40 garage clean, got it to move up and down, drove to 86meet in oregon and back not to mention w.o burning oil. Cluster did read 303+k
