Ok so I've been thinking about my situation a lot lately and not sure what to do...

Here's my options:

-Keep car as is and force myself not to drive it, til I get my shit back
-Keep car sell stock motor, to prevent myself from driving illlegally and to get it prepped for future engine swap

I want to get ithe engine bay cleaned up and painted but I don't see myself doing this as long as the engine is in the car.

You kinda have to strip it to paint it, so do it. Why sell the engine? If its 4AC, it works great to to boats from floating away.

I'd sell the engine to help with getting my lic and insurance so I can drive besides I won't need it when I get the engine swap.
